Install the APK with limited permission

Verify the source. Open the download link and identify the final domain, file name and version information.

Download the APK. Wait for the file to finish downloading; do not open a partial or duplicated copy.

Allow this source. Grant installation permission only to the browser or file manager you are using.

Install and inspect. Install the app, then check its permissions and basic menus before logging in.

Remove the permission. Turn off permission to install unknown apps for that source when you are done.
